and financially sound manufacture/ authorized dealer/ channel partner for
supply Erection, Commissioning & testing of Analyzer for NH3, silica
pH & conductivity in hot well for unit-II of 2x210MW at TTPS, Lalpania

The
bidder should have following pre-requisite qualifications:

The tenderer should have the status of
manufacture/ authorized dealer/ channel partner.

They should have the
experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi
Govt/ Govt. undertaking/ Power Sector company during last seven
years.

Similar work means- Supply, erection &
commissioning of analyzer for NH3, silica, pH and conductivity in
hot well.

Average annual turn over of the firm
during proceeding (03) three years should be at least Rs. 30 lacs.

The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers
of pre-requisite qualification.

Sealed tenders in two parts with full
technical particulars and details shall be received in the office
of the undersigned as mentioned above. The technical
parts shall be opened as per above schedule in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorized representative.

Tender shall be submitted with earnest
money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted value maximum upto Rs. 50,000/-
only in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut
Nigam Ltd." payable at Ranchi. Tender without without earnest
money shall not be considered.

TVNL reserve the right to extend the
due date of opening or to reject any/ all tenders or distribute
the quantity among the bidders without assigning any reason
thereof.
