Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts, Part-I (Technical & Commercial) & Part-II (Price Part) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi for supply of HP Pumps (Make - Poclain, France) for Ball & Tube Mill (Type - BBD4760BIS) of TTPS Lalpania from the reputed, experienced and financially sound manufacturer / authorized dealers only as per schedule given below :-

The Tenderer should have the following pre-qualifications:-

The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of same/similar items for any of TPS under Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/SEB's.
Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from the Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The bidders should have valid STCC as on date of opening of tender.
Annual turn over of the prospective Bidder should be more than Rs.15.00 lacs during last three years.
BOQ shall be issued only after the submission of certified/attested pre-qualifying documents. However the same shall be verified with the originals at the time of opening of Tech-part of the NIT failing which the relevant tender shall not be accepted. Tender without Earnest Money will not be considered other than NSIC/SSI as per Govt. circulation. The TVNL reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.
