Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts,
Part-I (Technical & Commercial) & Part-II (Price Part) are invited
on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms
only for Annual Contract for running maintenance of Turbine & its
auxiliaries of 2x210MW units of TTPS, Lalpania as per schedule and
technical specifications given below:-

The Tenderer should have the following
pre-qualifications:-

The Tenderer shall have to submit
proof of experience of maintenance of mechanical equipments of
Thermal Power Plant not less than 110MW unit capacity.

The Tenderer must have annual turnover
of 30% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs.5.69 Lakh during any of the
last three years ending March'2009.

The Tenderer is required to submit
copy of work order in mechanical field in Thermal Power Station of
unit capacity 110MW or above as:-
(a) Single order of 80% of the
estimated cost,
(b) Two orders each not less than 50%
of the estimated cost,
(c) Three orders each not less than
40% of the estimated cost during last seven years.

The Tenderer must have valid labour
license, P.F. Code No., Ownership/Partnership Deed and Bank
Solvency. The tender paper paper will be issued only after
verification of these papers related with experience must be
enclosed with application for BOW.

Running contractors of the above
work are exempted from Clause No.-2 &3.

The tender paper (BOQ) with all
terms and conditions may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834 002 on
payment of cost of BOQ either in cash OR in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

TVNL reserves the right to extend the
schedule, reject any Or all the tenders and to reduce, increase OR
distribute the work among the Tenderers without assigning
any reason thereof.
