Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts Part-I (Technical & Commercial) & Part-II (Price Part) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms only for Annual Contract for Pocking of coal on RH3/RH4 gratings, Watering on coal to suppress dust of coal yard, Cleaning of jammed paddle feeders in RH3/RH4 at CHP of TTPS, Lalpania as per schedule and technical specifications given below :

The Tenderer should have the following pre-qualifications:- The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of same / similar work for any TPS under Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSU / SEB's as per details given hereunder :- (a) Single order of 80% of the estimated cost OR (b) Two orders each not less than 50% of the estimated cost OR (c) Three orders each not less than 40% of the estimated cost during any of the last seven years ending March'09. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834 002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. Annual turn over of the prospective Bidder should be more than Rs.7.28 lakh during last three years. The tenderer must have valid labour license, P.F. Registration No., PAN etc. All mentioned documents have to be produced at the time of purchasing of the tender paper. BOQ shall be issued only after the due verification of original pre-qualifying documents. Tender without Earnest Money will not be considered. TVNL reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening of the tender happens to be a holiday, the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.
