1. The firm should have following pre-requisite qualification:-

   (a) Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31^st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.

   (b) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:-

   1. Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.

   2. Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost.

   3. One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost.

   (c) Labour License & Provident Fund Code No.

   (d) Service Tax Registration Number & PAN No.

   (e) Electrical Contractor License & Electrical Supervisory License.

   (f) Similar works means Operation & Maintenance of DM & PT Plants or related works of Power House of 210 MW Units.

    

2. The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification by concerned EEE.

3. Tender shall be submitted with earnest Money @ 2% of quoted value maximum up to Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. Tender without Earnest Money will not be considered.

4. The tender should be submitted in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Commercial, Part-II Price) sealed separately and kept in a single sealed envelope super scribed with tender notice no. and due date of opening.

5. Sealed tenders in two parts with full technical particulars and details shall be received in the office of TVNL, Ranchi. The 1^st Part of tender i.e. Technical and Commercial part shall be opened on date and time as mentioned above in the the office of TVNL, Ranchi in presence of tenderer or their authorized representative.

6. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any/ all tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
