Required pre-qualifications for obtaining the tender papers are as below:

1. The intending bidders should have a minimum experience of executing work for evacuation and disposal of Ash in SEB's/Govt./Semi Govt./PSU's during last seven years ending 31^st March, 2009 on either of the following:-

   1. Three executed works each not less than 40% of the estimated value in each order.
      or

   2. Two executed works each not less than 50% of the estimated value in each order.
      or

   3. Executed work not less than 80% of the estimated value in single order.

2. The bidder should have valid E.P.F. code no.

3. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three years ending 31^st March of previous years should be at least Rs. 90.00 lacs..

4. The contractor should have solvency of Rs.1.00 crore. Latest certificate from the banker should be attached.

5. The bidder shall furnish up to date Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, Labour Licence issued by Govt. of Jharkhand / Central Govt.

6. Up to date character certificate issued from DC/DM

7. The bidder must have following machineries in their possession either by Ownernership or otherwise.

   1. Dumpers/Trucks - 10 Nos.

   2. Water Tanker - 01 Nos. (One no)

   3. 02 no. of at least 0.90 Cu-M capacity bucket type pay loader/excavator.

   4. Dozer - 01 no (One no.)

NOTE : - All the documents should be attested by Notary/Gazetted Officer.

GENERAL CONDITION:-

1. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on submission of Bank draft of Rs.10,000=00 (Rupees Ten thousand) only in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", Ranchi payable at Ranchi and on production of documents in support of meeting the qualifying criteria. 

2. Tender without Earnest money will not be considered. Earnest money should be deposited in the form of DD in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd. Ranchi payable at Ranchi.

3. The TVNL reserves the right to reject any/all the tenders or to distribute the work among more than one bidder without assigning any reason thereof.

4. Tender papers shall be issued to the firm who will meet the qualifying criteria stipulated in NIT.
   Tender shall be submitted in the prescribed manner on or before 01.00 p.m. on 30-05-09 at office of the TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.
   The tender papers (part-I) will be opened at 03.00 pm on 30-05-09 at office of the TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi. In case the date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day in the same manner.
