Required pre-qualifications for
obtaining the tender papers are as below:
-
The intending bidders should have a
minimum experience of executing work worth Rs.4.00 Crores, with at
least a single order of Rs.2.00 Crores in any financial year
during the last seven years in evacuation and disposal of Ash in
power stations of SEB's/PSU's with a maximum breakage of the work
of three years.

The bidder should have valid E.P.F.
code no.

The average annual financial turnover
of the bidder during last three years ending 31st March
of previous year should be at least Rs. 2.00 Crores.

The contractor should have solvency of
Rs.2.50 Crores.
-
The average net worth of intending
bidder within the preceding three years shall not be less than
Rs.1.5 Crores. A certificate duly certified by Chartered
Accountant should be submitted.

The bidder shall furnish up to date
Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, Labour Licence issued by Govt. of
Jharkhand / Central Govt.

The bidder must have following
machineries in their company.

Dumpers/Trucks - 10 Nos.
-
Water Tanker - 02 Nos. (Two No)
-
02 no. of at least 0.90 cum capacity
bucket type pay loader/excavator.

Dozer - 01 no (One no.)
NOTE : - All the documents should be
attested by Notary/Gazetted Officer.
GENERAL CONDITION:-
-
Tender documents can be obtained
from the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on submission of Bank
draft of Rs.15,000=00 (Rupees Fifteen thousand) only in favour
of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", Ranchi payable
at Ranchi and on production of documents in support of meeting
the qualifying criteria.

Tender without Earnest money will
not be considered Earnest money should be deposited in the form
of DD in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd. Ranchi payable at
Ranchi.

The undersigned reserves the right
to reject any/all the tenders to distribute the work among more
than one bidder without assigning any reason thereof.

Tender papers shall be issued to the
firm who will meet the qualifying criteria stipulated in NIT.
Tender shall be submitted in the prescribed manner on or before
01.00 p.m. on 27-02-09 at office of the TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.
The tender papers (part-I) will be opened at 03.00 pm on
27-02-09 at office of the TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi. In case the date
of opening of tender happens to be a holiday, the tender shall
be opened on the next working day in the same manner.
