The Bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualifications:-
-
Successful execution of O&M works of
Ash handling system of Govt./Semi Govt./PSU's in minimum 110 MW or
higher capacity thermal power plant. They are required to furnish
a certificate of successful execution of the order.

Annual turnover of the firm should be
more than 30% of the estimated cost during any of the last three
years ending 31st March 2008.

The tenderer is required to submit
copy of work order of related field, in the thermal power station
of unit capacity 110 MW or above as:-
-
Single order of 80% of the estimated
cost, OR
-
Two orders each of 50% of the
estimated cost, OR
-
Three orders each of 40% of the
estimated cost executed during last seven years.

Valid labour licence, P.F. Code,
Ownership/Partnership deed, Bank Solvency etc.

Running contractor working for above
work is exempted from clause No. 1 (ii) & (iii) as above.

The tender paper (BOQ) with all
terms and conditions may be obtained or any working day during working
hours from The Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of cost of BOQ either in cash or in the shape of bank
draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at
Ranchi.

Documents in respect of prerequisite
qualification will have to be produced at the time of purchase of
tender paper.

The TVNL reserves the right to
extend the date of opening or to reject any or all
tenders or to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the
tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
