The Bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualification:-

The tenderer should have the status of
manufacturer.

They should have the
experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi
Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

Annual turn over of the firm during
preceding (03) three years should be at least 15 (fifteen) lakh.
-
The firm should have up-to-date STCC.
-
The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The tender papers will be issued only after verification of
papers of pre-requisite qualification.

Earnest Money @ 2% of quoted value up
to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the
shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited.
Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

Sealed tenders in two parts; 1st Technical
and Commercial Part and 2nd Price part shall be kept in a single
sealed envelope and 1st part opened on due date and time as mentioned above in
the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

TVNL reserves the right to
extend the due date of opening, reject any/all
tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
