1. The tender should have following Pre-requisite qualification:-

   1. The tenderer should have the status of original Manufacturer/Producer.

   2. They tender should have loading and storage facility nearer to the TTPS plant.

   3. They should have experience of successfully executing similar work in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

   4. Annual turn over of the firm during preceding three years should be at least 80% of the quoted rate.

   5. The firm should have valid up-to-date STCC.

2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of cost of BOQ (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Cash or Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender paper will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.

3. Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value up to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

4. Sealed tenders in two parts; (Part-1, Technical and Commercial & Part-II, Price part) kept in a single sealed envelope shall be submitted in the office of the undersigned  which shall be opened on date and time mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or reject any/all the tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
