1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualification:-

   1. The tenderer should have the status of manufacturer or authorized dealer.

   2. They should have the experience of successful execution of similar works in SEB's/PSU's/Semi Govt. / Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

   3. Annual turnover of the firm during preceding 03 (three) years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.

   4. The firm should have up to date STCC.

   5. The firm should have executed successfully a single order for similar item for a value of 80% of the estimated cost OR 50% of the estimated cost on two orders OR 40% of the estimated cost on three orders during last seven years.

2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of Tax Clearance Certificate, Annual Turn Over and Proof of experience papers of manufacturers etc.

3. Earnest Money of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees one lakh eighty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft drawn as mentioned above must be deposited. Firm registered with NSIC/SSI (Jharkhand) (DGS & D) are exempted from deposit of E.M. subject to submission of documentary proof.

4. Sealed tenders in two parts 1^st Technical & Commercial part and 2^nd Price part kept in a single sealed envelope shall be received and opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

5. The TVNL reserves the right to extend the schedule of tender or reject any/all the tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.

6. The date of opening of technical part will be the next working day if it happens to be a holiday.
