1. The tenderers shall have to submit proof at the time of purchasing tender paper of work experience in a power plant of capacity 210 MW and above in the field of similar type of works.

2. The tenderers must have annual turn over of 30% of estimated cost during in the last three consecutive years.

3. The tenderer must have executed works in the related field for a value of 80% of the estimated cost on a single order OR 50% of the estimated cost on two orders OR 40% of the estimated cost on three orders during the last seven years.

4. The due date of opening of technical part will be the next working day, if the office remains closed due to holiday or any reason/circumstances.

5. The quoted rate should be workable rate. Rate below 5% or above 10% of the estimated cost will not be considered.

6. The tender paper (BOQ) with all terms and conditions may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on payment of cost of BOQ in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited" payable at Ranchi.

7. The tenderer must have valid  Labour License, P.F. Registration No. PAN, Sales Tax clearance certificate, Service Tax registration and character certificate (from not below  the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate).  The annual turnover must be enclosed with B.O.Q. All mentioned documents have to produce at the time of purchasing of tender paper.

8. Tender without Earnest Money will be rejected out rightly.

9. The under signed reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders or to distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
