1.  (i) As per CVC guideline they should have adequate experience of having successfully completed similar works * during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:

   (a) Three similar completed works each valued not less than 40% of the estimated cost.

   or

   (b) Two similar completed works each not less than the 50% of the estimated cost.

   or

   (c) One similar completed work not less than 80% of the estimated cost.

   
    * Similar work means - transportation of coal from collieries/washeries to projects under the Public Undertakings / Govt. / Semi-Govt. Organisations / Joint Sector Enterprises (managed) jointly by Govt. and Private Agency / Public Limited Company / Private organisation of repute.

   (ii) Average Annual turnover during the last 3 financial years, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.

2. They should possess minimum 15 number of dumpers/ dippers / keeping trucks either in their name or in the names of their partners and one pay loader and they should furnish certified copy of ownership / registration/ current insurance/ fitness of each vehicle.

3. They should possess an up to date solvency certificate of not less than 30% of the estimated cost, not more than three months old from the due date of tender from the Nationalized banker in respect or financial soundness and also audited balance sheet, profit & loss account etc.

4. They should have valid and up-to-date, labour licence, EPF code etc.

5. Up-to-date Character Certificate from DC/DM.

6. They should not be related directly or indirectly to any of the employees of Nigam. An Affidavit Sworn in before the 1^st  class Magistrate should be submitted to this extent by the firm.

7. Offer should be submitted in duly superscribed envelope with "NIT No..., due date of the tender and name of the work (Part No.)

8. Tender documents shall be issued to those bidders who comply with the above pre-requisite qualification and on production of documentary evidence.

9. The tenderer have to produce the original documents for verification at the time of purchase of BOQ. However, the final decision of the eligibility criteria will be evaluated according to the documents submitted with the offer and that will be final. BOQ may be obtained from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Ranchi on payment of its cost (non refundable) in the from of Demand Draft issue by any nationalized bank in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd, payable at Ranchi after verification of documents by undersigned.

10. EM will have to be deposited in the form of demand draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, payable at Ranchi.

11. Estimated quantity may increase or decrease as per requirement of power house.

12. Tender without Earnest money will not be accepted. TVNL reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders and to increase/decrease of distribute the job among the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
