The tenderers shall have to submit
proof of experience of mechanical equipments of Thermal Power
Plant not less than 110MW unit capacity.
-
The tenderers must have annual turn
over of 80% of the estimated cost during any of the last three
years ending March'2008.

The tenderers is required to submit
copy of work order in mechanical field in Thermal Power Station of
unit capacity 110MW or above as:-
-
Single order of 80% of the estimated
cost,
-
Two orders each not less than 50% of
the estimated cost,
-
Three orders each not less than 40% of
the estimated cost during last seven years ending Nov'2008.

The tenderer must have valid labour
license, PF Code No, Ownership/Partnership deed and Bank solvency.
The tender paper will be issued only after verification of these
papers related with experience must be enclosed with application
of BOQ.

Running contractor of the above work
are exempted from Clause No. 2 & 3.

The tender paper (BOQ) with all
terms and conditions may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of cost of BOQ either in cash OR in the
shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

TVNL reserves the right to
extend the schedule, reject any OR all the tenders and to
reduce, increase OR distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
