Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts, Part-I (Technical & Commercial) & Part-II (Price Part) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound manufacturers only for supply of following items as per schedule given below:-

2. Cost of BOQ (non-refundable) : Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only
3. Amount of EM to be deposited : 2% of the quoted rate max up to Rs.1,00,000/- (one lac) only.
4. Date & time for sale of tender paper : 17-12-08 to 20-12-08 Up to 17.00 hrs.
5. Last date & time for receipt of the tender paper : 26-12-08 Up to 13.00 hrs.
6. Date & time of for opening of Part-I of tender paper : 26-12-08 at 16.00 hrs.

The Tenderer should have the following pre-qualifications The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of similar item and works for any of TPS under Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/SEB's. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from the Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The bidders should have valid STCC as on date of opening of tender. The firm should have executed successfully a single order for similar items for Rs.64.00 Lacs OR two orders for similar items for Rs.40.00 Lacs OR three orders for similar item for Rs.32.00 Lacs during last 07(seven) years. Annual turn over of the Bidder should be above Rs.64.00 lacs during last three years. During issuing of tender documents relevant original documents shall be demanded for verification. Tender without Earnest Money shall not be considered other than NSIC/SSI. Exemption from the Earnest Money will be considered as per Govt. Circulation. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at schedule time. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preference as per Govt. rule.
