- Qualifying Requirements:-
(i) Bidder should have completed the similar work of Design,
Engineering, Manufacture, Works-testing, Supply, Erection,
Testing & Commissioning for 220 KV or higher voltage, Bays of Grid
Sub Station as turnkey contract during last seven years.
(ii) The bidder should have valid
EPF/ESI registration.
(iii) The bidders should have valid
Electrical Contractors license for 400 KV or higher voltage
level.
(iv)
The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of
Rs.6.00 crores during the last three years ending 31st
March of the previous financial year.
(v) The bidder should have at
least one licensed Electrical Supervisor for 400 KV voltage
level.

Tender
documents can be purchased from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo,
Ranchi as per schedule on payment of cost of bid documents
(non-refundable) either in cash or in the shape of demand
draft drawn in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited",
payable at Ranchi. The bid documents will be issued only
after verifications of papers of qualifying requirements.

Tender
without earnest money will be liable for rejection.

No
postal or courier transaction of the documents will be
entertained.

Joint
Ventures are acceptable up to two firms and both firms should
jointly qualify.

Sealed
tenders in two parts, Ist Technical and Commercial
part and 2nd Price part kept in a single sealed
envelope superscribed with NIT No. and details shall be received
in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi and technical & commercial
part (i.e. Part-I) of tender will be opened on date and time as
mentioned above in office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

TVNL
reserve the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject
any or all tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute work
among tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Any
other terms and conditions/Pre-bid qualification as detailed in
B.O.Q. will be the part of above N.I.T.
