1. The Bidder should have following pre-requisite qualification:-

   1. The bidder should have the status of manufacturer or their authorized dealer.

   2. The original manufacturer should have the experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi Govt. / Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

   3. Annual turn over of the firm during preceding (03) three years should be at least 30 lakh.

   4. Similar works means Supply, Erection & Commissioning of Instrument for Monitoring Resins of Ion Exchangers.

2. The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.

3. Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value up to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

4. Sealed tenders in two parts 1^st Technical and Commercial Part and 2^nd Price part are kept in a single sealed envelope and 1^st part opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

5. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
