The bidder should have the following Pre-requisite qualification:-

The tenderer should have the status of
Manufacturer / Authorized Dealer / Channel Partner.

They should have
experience of successfully executing similar work in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi
Govt./ Govt. undertaking during last seven year.

Average Annual turn over of the firm during
preceding (03) three years should be at least Rs.21 lakh.

Similar work means - supply, erection
& commissioning of P.C. based progress-3
Engineering-cum-Diagnostic station with EPROM Programmer.

The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The tender papers will be issued only after verification of
papers of pre-requisite qualification.

Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value up
to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the
shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited.
Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

Sealed tenders in two parts 1st
Technical and Commercial Part and 2nd Price part are kept in a single
sealed envelope and 1st part opened on date and time as
mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

reserve the right to
extend the due date of opening or reject any or all tenders of distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
