The Tenderer should have the following pre-qualifications:-

1. The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of similar items for any of TPS under Govt./ Semi Govt. / PSU / SEB's.

2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

3. The bidders should have valid STCC as on date of opening of tender.

4. The firm should have successfully executed  a single order for similar items for  Rs.54.40 Lacs OR two orders for similar items for Rs. 34.00 Lacs OR three orders for similar item for Rs. 27.20 Lacs during last 07 (seven) years.

5. Annual turn over of the Bidder should be above Rs. 20.40 lacs during last three years.

6. During issuing of tender documents relevant original documents shall be demanded for verification. Tender without Earnest Money will not be considered other than NSIC/SSI. Exemption from depositing the Earnest Money will be considered as per Govt. Circulation. The Nigam reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.

7. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preferences as per Govt. rule.
