The bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualification:-

The tenderer should have the status of
manufacturer or their authorized dealer.

The tenderer should have the
experience of successfully executing similar works in SEN's/PSU's/Semi
Govt. / Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

Annual turnover of the firm during
preceding three years should be at least 25 lacs.
-
The firm should have up to date STCC.

The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The tender papers will be issued only after verification of
papers of pre-requisite qualification.

Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value up
to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand)_ only in the
shape of Bank Draft drawn as mentioned above must be deposited.
Tender without Earnest Money will not entertained.

Sealed tenders in two parts 1
"Technical & Commercial Part" and 2 "Price Part" kept in a single
sealed envelope and opened on date and time as mentioned above in
the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

TVNL reserves the right to
extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all
tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
