The Tenderer should have the following pre-qualifications:-

  1. The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of similar items for any of TPS under Govt./ Semi Govt. / PSU / SEB's.

  2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

  3. The bidders should have valid STCC as on date of opening of tender.

  4. The firm should have successfully executed  a single order of similar items for  Rs.80 Lacs OR two orders for Rs. 50 Lacs OR three orders for Rs. 40 Lacs during last 07 (seven) years.

  5. Annual turn over of the prospective Bidder should be more than Rs. 30 lacs during last three years.

  6. BOQ shall be issued only after the submission of certified / attested pre-qualifying documents. However the same shall be verified by the originals at the time of opening of Tech-part of the NIT failing which the relevant tender shall not be accepted without Earnest Money will not be considered. The TVNL reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening of the tender happens to be a holiday, the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.
