The bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualification:-

The tenderer should have the status of
manufacturer or authorized dealer.

They should have the experience of
successfully executing similar works in SEB's/PSU/Semi
Govt./Govt. Undertaking during last seven years (similar work
means, supply of Adv/Ret/Mechanism of HEA/Igniter with switches
stroke 8" Simmonds make or equivalent)

The firm should have valid up to
date STCC.

Financial turn-over in any financial
year during
last three years should be Rs.25 lakh.

Tender paper (BOQ) with all terms
and conditions may be obtained
on any working day during the stipulated period from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of cost of BOQ either in cash or in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at
Ranchi.

Earnest Money @ 2% of
the quoted value or maximum of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft
as mentioned above must be deposited.

Sealed tenders in two parts - 1st
Technical and Commercial and 2nd Price part kept in
single sealed envelope and first part opened on date and time as mentioned
above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

TVNL reserves the right to extend
the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders or to
reduce, increase or distribute the quantity of tender among the
tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.

The due date of opening of technical
part will be the next working day if it happens to be a holiday.
