Part-I of tender paper will be opened
at 04.00 PM on the last date of receipt of tender documents i.e.
on 10-11-09.

Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of (Non-refundable) Rs.500/- only in the
shape of Demand Draft in favour of
"Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited" payable at Ranchi or
on payment of Rs.500/- in cash.

Tender documents will be issued only
to those tenderers who are registered as service provider for
supply of manpower under service tax rules.

Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value
must be deposited either in cash or in shape of Demand Draft as
mentioned above with Part-I of the tender paper.

The undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date, to
reject the tenders, increase/decrease the works of tendered
items without any reason thereof.
