1. The tenderer should have following pre-requisite qualification:-
   a) The tenderer should have the status of original manufacturer.
   b) They should have experience of successfully supply of similar items in SEB's /PSU's  Semi Govt./Govt. undertaking / other during last seven years.
   c) Annual turnover of the firm during preceding three years should be at least Rs.8,00,000/-(Rs. Eight Lacs Only)
   d) The firm should have valid up to date STCC.

2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer TVNL Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount Rs. 1000/-(non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of cash or bank draft issued by any nationalized bank in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.

3. Earnest money @ 2% of tender value upto maximum of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of bank draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Firms which are registered with NSIC/SSI (Jharkhand State) / DGS&D, having exemption must be furnished along with the tender, otherwise tender will not be accepted.

4. Selected tenders in two parts (Ist Technical and Commercial & 2nd Price part) kept in single sealed envelop and opened on date and time mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

5. The TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or reject any all the tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
