1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualification:-

   1. Experience of similar works in 210MW unit or above for a minimum period of two years in SEB's/PSU/Semi Govt./Govt. Undertaking during last seven years.

   2. Labour License.

   3. Upto date STCC

   4. Provident Fund code No.

   5. The firm should be financially sound and having annual turnover during last three years of at least 17 lakh.

2. The tender should be submitted in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Part II Price part) sealed separately and super scribed with the tender notice no. and due date of opening.

3. The tender paper BOQ may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.

4. Sealed tenders in two parts with full technical particulars and details shall be received in the office of the undersigned as mentioned above. The technical parts shall be opened as per above schedule in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative. Tenderers may also submit their tender papers by registered post/speed post well in advance to reach the office of the undersigned on or before date & time. The tender will not be acceptable by the Nigam if the registered letter is reached after due date & time.

5. Tender shall be submitted with earnest Money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted value maximum up to Rs.50,000/- only in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. Tender without earnest money will not be considered.

6. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any/ all tenders or distribute the quantity of tenderer among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
