NIT No-TTPS/SE(Civil)/01/2011-12

Required pre-qualification for tender are as follows:-

1. The intending bidder should have a minimum experience of executing work for construction of earthen embankment / dyke or similar works in GOVT/semi GOVT/PSU'S/Public/ Private sector etc. of reputed during last 7 years ending 31^st March 2011 as mentioned below:-
   (a) Three executed works each not less than 40% of estimated value in each order/orders under same N.I.T.
        OR
   (b) Two executed works each not less than 50% of estimated value in each order/orders under same N.I.T.
        OR
   (c) One executed work not less than80% of estimated value in each order/order under same N.I.T.

2. The bidder should have valid E.P.F. code No.

3. The bidder shall furnish up to date sale tax clearance certificate, Labour license issued by Govt. Of Jharkhand/Central Govt.

4. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three years ending 31^st March of previous year should be at least Rs.5.0 Lacs.

5. The bidder must have following machineries in their possession either by ownership or otherwise
   (a) Payloader/Excavator/JCB Machine                          01 (One) No.
   (b) Dumper/Tripper                                                      03 (Three) Nos.
   (c) Water tanker                                                         01 (One) No.
   (d) Compactor/Vibrator                                                01 (One) No.
   (e) Dozer                                                                   01 (One) No.

Note:- All the documents should be attested by Notary/Gazetted officer.

GENERAL CONDITION

1. Tender documents can be obtained from Accounts officer at the office of TTPS, Lalpania on submission of bank draft of Rs.1250.00 (One thousand two hundred fifty) Only in favour of Tenughat Thermal Power Station payable at Lalpania.

2. Tender without Earnest money will not be considered. Earnest money should be deposited in the form of DD in favour of Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania payable at Lalpania.

3. TTPS Lalpania reserves the right to either reject any/all the tender or to distribute the work among more than one bidder without assigning any reason there of.

Tender shall be submitted in prescribed manner on or before 1:30 PM on 05.07.11 in the office of the undersigned at TTPS Lalpania. Part-I of tender will be opened at 4:00 PM on 05.07.11 in the office of the undersigned. In case the date of opening of tender happens to be holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day in the same manner.
