Supply of 4 nos. Actuators and Valves of control valve FD 130 & 131 for group protection system of HP heater.

Actuators should be suitable high performance tight shut off, quick action air to close, solenoid operated, pneumatic actuators and should be 1:1 compatible with the existing Babcock over hausen valve.

1. The Bidder should have following pre-requisite qualifications:-

   1. The tenderer should have the status of manufacture/authorized dealer/channel partner.

   2. They should have the experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB's/ PSU's/ Semi Govt. undertaking/ Power Sector company during last seven years.

   3. Similar works means - Supply Actuators and Valves of control valve FD 130 & 131 for group protection system of HP heater compatible with existing system.

   4. Average Annual turn over of the firm during preceding (03) three years should be at least Rs.10 lacs.

2. The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.

3. Sealed tenders in two parts with full technical particulars and details shall be received in the office of the undersigned as mentioned above. The technical parts shall be opened as per above schedule in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative.

4. Tender shall be submitted with earnest money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted maximum value up to Rs.50,000/- only in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd." payable at Ranchi. Tender without earnest money will not be entertained.

5. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any / all tenders or distribute the quantity among the bidders without assigning any reason thereof.
