1. The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of same/similar items for any TPS under Govt./semi Govt./CPSU/SPSU/NTPC/BHEL/SEB's etc. Similar items mean manufacturing and supply of Hi-chrome steel balls and Forged steel balls of any dia."

2. i) Average Annual finical turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31^st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
   ii) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 3 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following :

   a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost

   or

   b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost.

   or

   c) One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost.

3. The tenderer must agree to supply the materials duly inspected by M/s Lloyds Register Asia.

4. The tenderer should submit authenticated copies of profit & loss and balance sheet of preceding three(03) financial years.

5. The tenderer must agree to supply the materials strictly as per our delivery schedule.

6. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day indicated above during working hours from the Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi-834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank/Schedule Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

7. The bidders should have valid STCC/PAN as on date of opening of tender.

8. Tender shall be enclosed with the requisite EMD as above in the shape of DD/Bank Guarantee drawn on any Nationalized Bank/Schedule Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.

9. Tenders without Earnest Money shall not be considered other than NSIC/SSI. Exemption from the Earnest Money to NSIC/SSI (Jharkhand) will be considered as per Govt. Circulation. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at schedule time.

10. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preference as per Govt. rule.

11. The tenderer may participate either for materials at (A) or (B) or Both. Any corrigendum/addendum/extension of bid opening date will be published through our website www.tvnlonline.com only and not through news paper.
