Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts,
(Part-I, Technical, Part-II, Price) are invited
on behalf of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, Ranchi from eligible Power
Traders having valid license for interstate trading from CERC for sale
of 100 MW Power from Tenughat TPS.

The tenderer should have following
pre-requisite qualification:
-
Experience of successfully
executing similar works in SEB's/PSU's/Semi Govt./ Govt.
undertaking during last three years ending last day of month
previous to one in which applications are invited.

Valid license for interstate
trading of electricity issued by Central Electricity
Regulatory Commission (CERC).
-
Average Annual financial turnover
during last (03) three consecutive financial years ending 31st
March 2010 should not be less than Rs. 100 crore.
-
Similar works means interstate
trading of electricity.

The tender paper (BOQ) may be
obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts
Officers, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of its cost (non
refundable) as indicator above in the shape of Bank draft issued
by any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Bank in favour of
"Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd.", payable at Ranchi. The
tender papers (BOQ) may be downloaded from website
www.tvnlonline.com and cost
of tender paper can be paid in the form of DD as detailed above
along with tender.

Earnest Money of Rs. 50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand) only in the shape of Bank draft as
mentioned above must be deposited along with tender. Tender
without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

Both parts of the tender should be
submitted in separate envelop duly sealed and super scribed on
it "NIT No., due date of opening and name of the work". 1st part
(Technical & Commercial) will be opened on due date and time as
specified in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

If last date of sale of tender paper
and / or date of submission & opening of tender is declared as
holiday or there is a unavoidable functional disruptions at our
premises, due to unforeseen circumstances or administrative
reasons, then that / those will be shifted to next working date
at the same time.

Intending tenderers are requested to
visit the TVNL's website: (www.tvnlonline.com)
regularly for any amendment/ addendum/ corrigendum/ extension,
if any, till opening of the NIT.

TVNL reserve the right to extended
the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders or
distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without
assigning any reason thereof.
