NIT No-0024/E/W/TVNL/ RAN/2011-12

The Tenderer must have the following Qualifying Requirement (QR):-

1. The Tenderer shall have to submit proof of experience of Preventive/ Breakdown maintenance/ Overhauling of Electrical systems of TG & its auxiliaries of Thermal Power Plant not less than 210MW unit capacity of Govt/ Semi Govt/CPSU like NTPC, DVC etc.

2. The Tenderer must have annual turnover not less than  Rs.10.00 Lakh during last three (03) financial years. The tenderer should submit authenticated copies of Profit & Loss and Balance sheet of last three financial years. In case where audited results for the last financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practising Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

3. The Tenderer is required to submit the copy of work order (s) pertaining to experience of Preventive/ Breakdown maintenance/ Overhauling of Electrical systems of TG & its auxiliaries of Thermal Power Station of unit capacity 210MW or above as:-

1.  One or more similar completed work costing not less than Rs.26.4 Lakh,
   OR

2. Two or more similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.16.5 Lakh,
   OR

3. Three or more similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.13.2 Lakh during last seven years.

4. The Tenderer must have valid labour license, Electrical license, PAN, P.F. code No., Service tax registration certificate/ ownership/ Partnership deed and valid Bank solvency.

Other Terms & Conditions:-

1. The tender paper (BOQ) is to be downloaded from the TVNL website www.tvnlonline.com. The cost of BOQ shall be deposited at the time of submission of tender paper in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED payable at Ranchi. Tender shall not be considered without cost of BOQ. Any type of tempering with BOQ shall not be allowed and offer, if submitted, will be summarily rejected.

2. Tender shall be enclosed with the requisite EMD as above in the shape of DD/Bank Guarantee drawn on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of “TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED” payable at Ranchi. Tender without Earnest Money shall not be considered.

3. TVNL reserves the right to extend the schedule, reject any OR all the tenders OR to reduce, increase OR distribute the work among the Tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.

4. This tender notice is also available on our website. Bidders are requested to visit our website regularly for any addendum/corrigendum/extension till opening of the NIT. Any such changes shall not be published through Press Advt.

5. Tender shall be submitted in prescribed manner on or before the date & time of receipt of tender paper in the office of the undersigned. In case the date of opening of tender happens to be Holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day in the same manner.
