Required pre- qualifications for tender are as below:
-
The
intending bidder should have a minimum experience of executing
work for
evacuation and disposal of ash, Transportation of Coal, removal of
Coal, overburden, shale, ash etc to projects under public
undertakings, Govt. organizations, Joint Sector Enterprises
(managed) jointly by Govt. and Private Agency, Public Limited
Company etc. of repute during last seven(7) years ending 31st
mar’2011on of the following:-
(a) Three executed works each not less than 40% of the estimated
value in each order/ orders under same NIT
OR
(b) Two executed works each not less than 50% of the estimated
value in each orders/ orders under same NIT
OR
(c) Executed work not less than 80% of the estimated value in each
order/ orders under same NIT

The
bidder should have valid E.P.F. Code No.

The
average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three
years ending 31st March of previous year should be at least
Rs.1.00 Crore.
-
The
contractor should have solvency of Rs. 1.00 Crore. Latest
certificate from the banker should be attached.
-
The
bidder shall furnish up to date Sale tax clearance certificate.
Labour license issued by Govt. of Jharkhand/Central Govt.
-
The
bidder must have following machineries in the their possession
either by ownership or otherwise.
a. Dumpers/ tippers - 10 nos.
b. Water tanker-01 nos (One no)
c. 02 no. of at least 0.90 CuM capacity bucket type pay loader/
excavator
d. Dozer-01no (One no).
NOTE:
- All the documents should be attested by Notary/ Gazetted
Officer.
GENERAL CONDITION:-
-
Tender
paper (BOQ) is to be downloaded from the TVNL website
www.tvnlonline.com . The cost of BOQ shall be deposited at the
time of submission of tender paper in the shape of Demand Draft
issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of “TENUGHAT
VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED” payable at Ranchi. Tender shall not be
considered without cost of BOQ. Any type of tempering with BOQ
shall not be allowed and offer will be summarily rejected, if
submitted.

Tender
without Earnest Money will be not considered. Earnest Money
should be deposited in the form of DD in favour of “TENUGHAT
VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED”. Ranchi payable at Ranchi.

The
TVNL reserves the right to either reject any/ all the tenders or
to distribute the work among more than one bidder without
assigning any reason thereof. Tender shall be submitted in the
prescribed manner on or before 01:30 PM on 06.07.11 at office at
the TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi. The tender paper (part-I) will be
opened at 04:00 PM on 06.07.11 at office of the TVNL, Hinoo
Ranchi. In case the date of opening of tender happens to be a
holiday. The tender shall be opened on the next working day in
the same manner.

Any
Corrigendum/Addendum/Extension of bid opening date will be
published through our website
www.tvnlonline.com only and not
through news paper.
