Technical specifications:-

The Tenderer should have the following Qualifying Requirements (QR):-

1. The tenderer should be a manufacturer of FR-grade conveyor belt of width of 1400mm or above with in-house testing facilities.

2. The bidder should have the past experience of successful execution of supply of same/similar Items for any of TPS under Govt./ semi Govt /CPSU/SPSU/NTPC/BHEL/ SEB’s etc. “SIMILAR” items means manufacturing and supply of Conveyor Belts of width 1400mm or above.

3. The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding 3(three) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.40.5Lakhs.

4. The bidder should have executed order(s) fro supply of FR-graded conveyor belt of 1400mm width confirming to IS:1891 with strength 1000KN/M of above of Nylon x Nylon 66fabric meeting one of the following criteria during the last seven (7) years as on the date of bid opening:-
   d) Single orders for belt length not less than 1680metres.
   e) Two orders each for belt length not less than 1050metre.
   f) Three orders each for belt length not less than 840metres.

5. The tenderer must agree to supply the material duly inspected by M/s Llyods Register Asia. The inspection charges, if any, will be borne by TVNL.

6. The tenderer should submit authenticated copies of profit & less and balance sheet of preceding three (03) financial years. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

Other terms and conditions:-

1. Tender paper (BOQ) is to be downloaded from the TVNL website www.tvnlonline.com . The cost of BOQ shall be deposited at the time of submission of tender paper in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of “TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED” payable at Ranchi. Tender shall not be considered without cost of BOQ. Any type of tempering with BOQ shall not be allowed and offer will be summarily rejected, if submitted.

2. The bidders should have valid STCC/PAN as on date of opening of tender.

3. Tender shall be enclosed with the requisite EMD as above in the shape of DD/Bank Guarantee drawn on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of “TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED” payable at Ranchi.

4. Tenders without Earnest Money shall not be considered other than NSIC/SSI. Exemption from the Earnest Money to NSIC/SSI(Jharkhand) will be considered as per Govt. Circulation. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.

5. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preference as per Govt. rule.

6. Any Corrigendum/Addendum/Extension of bid opening date will be published through our website www.tvnlonline.com only and not through news paper.
