The bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualification:-

Experience of similar works in 210MW
unit or above for a minimum period of two years in SEB's/PSU/Semi
Govt./Govt. Undertaking during last seven years.

Provident Fund code No.

The firm should be financially
sound and having annual turnover during last three years of at
least 17 lakh.

The tender should be submitted in
duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Part II Price part) sealed separately and super scribed with
tender.

Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained
on any working day during working
hour from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on
payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of Cash or Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi.
The tender papers will be issued only after verification of
Tax Clearance Certificate, Annual Turn Over and Proof of
experience papers of manufacturers etc.

Sealed tenders in two parts 1st
Technical and Commercial part and 2nd Price part kept
in a single sealed envelope and opened on date and time as
mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

Tender shall be submitted with
earnest Money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted value maximum up to
Rs.50,000/- only in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. Tender without
earnest money will not be considered.

TVNL reserves the right to
extend the due date of opening or to reject any/all
the tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
