1.  The tenders shall have to submit proof of work experience in a power plant of capacity 110 MW/210 MW and above in the field of O&M of DM water plant and water pre-treatment plant (DM & CW Section).

2. The tenderer must have annual turnover of 30% of estimated cost during in last three consecutive years..

3. They tenderer must have executed works in the related field for a value of 80% of the estimated cost on a single order OR 50% of the estimated cost on two order OR 40% of the estimated cost on three orders during the last seven years.

4. The due date of opening of technical part will be the next working day, if the office remains closed due to holiday or any reason/circumstances.

5. They quoted rate should be workable rate. Rate below 10% of the estimated cost will not be considered.

6. The tender paper (B.O.Q.) with all terms and conditions may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on payment of cost of B.O.Q. in the shape of Bank draft issued by any nationalized bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", payable at Ranchi.

7. The tenderer must have valid Labour License, P.F. Registration No. PAN, Sales Tax clearance certificate and character certificate (from not below the rank of Magistrate). The annual turnover must be enclosed with application for B.O.Q.

8. Tender without Earnest Money will be rejected outright.

9. The under signed reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any of or all tenders or to distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
