1. The firm should be financially sound and having following pre-requisites qualifications:-

   Electrical contractors license, Provident Fund Code No, Labour license, Explosive license for operation of Hydrogen generation plant.

2. Annual turn over of the firm during preceding (03) three years should at least 30% of estimated cost.

3. The firm should have minimum three years of working experience in operation and maintenance of Hydrogen Generation plant type Unit Polar Cell, Thyrister type rectifier capacity 10Nm3/hr to 20Nm3/hr within the provision of explosive act 1984 of Gas cylinder rule 1981 (rule 64).

4. The tenders should be submitted in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Part-II Price Part) sealed separately and super scribed with tender notice no. and due date of opening.

5. The tender papers (BOQ with specification and terms and conditions) may be obtained from the Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of cost of BOQ (Non-refundable) through Bank draft in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, payable at Ranchi.  Tender documents shall be sold to only such bidders who comply with the above qualifying requirements and on production of relevant documents in original including performance certificate at the time of purchase of tender documents.

6. Sealed tenders in two parts with full technical particulars and details & shall be received in the office of the undersigned above.  The technical parts shall be opened on the last date of receipt in the presence of the tenders or their authorized representative if present.  Tenderers may also submit their tender papers by registered post/speed post well in advance to reach the office of the undersigned on or before date & time.  The tender will not be acceptable by the Nigam if the registered letter is reached after due date & time.

7. Tender shall be submitted with earnest money @ 2% (two percent) of estimated value maximum upto Rs. 50,000/- only in shape of Bank draft drawn in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited" payable at Ranchi.  Tender without earnest money will not be considered.

8. The TVNL reserves the  right to reject any or all tenders or distribute the works among the tenders without assignment any reason thereof.
