1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualification:-

   1. Electrical Construction license.

   2. Electrical Supervisory license.

   3. Labour License.

   4. Up to date ITCC/STCC

   5. Provident fund code No.

   6. Experience of similar work for a period of minimum two years.

   7. Character certificate issued from Competent Authority.

2. The tender should be submitted in duplicate in two parts Part-I(Technical & Commercial) and Part-II (Price part) sealed separately and superscribed with the tender notice no. and due date of opening.

3. The tender paper BOQ with all terms and conditions may be obtained or any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on payment of cost of BOQ (non-refundable) either in cash or in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. Original documents along with photocopies in respect of prerequisite qualifications must be produced at the time of purchase of tender paper.

4. The tender shall be submitted with earnest Money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted value maximum up to Rs.50,000/- only in the shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED payable at Ranchi. Tender without earnest money will not be considered.

5. The tenderer may submit their tender paper in two parts by register post/speed post well in advance to reach the office of the undersigned on or before date & time. The tender documents will not be acceptable by the Nigam if the registered letter will reach after due date and time. The technical & commercial part shall be opened in presence of the tenderer or their authorized.

6. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders to reduce, increase or distribute the quantity among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
