1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualifications:

   1. The tenderer should have the status of original manufacturer.

   2. The tenderer should have the experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB’s/PSU’s/Semi Govt./Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

   3. Annual turn over of the firm during preceding three years should be at least 25 lacs.

   4. The firm should have up to date STCC.

2. The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi, Hinoo on payment of amount (non refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of Sales Tax clearance certificate, Annual turn over and proof of experience, papers of manufacturer.

3. Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value up to maximum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.

4. Sealed tenders in two parts 1 “Technical & Commercial Part and 2 “Price part kept in a single sealed envelope and opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.

5. TVNL reserve the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
