The bidder should have following
pre-requisite qualifications:

The tenderer should have the
status of original manufacture or authorized dealer.

In case of authorized dealer
they should have to produce authorized dealership certificate.

The tenderer should have the
experience of successfully supply of similar item in SEB's/PSU's/Semi
Govt/Govt. undertaking during last seven years.

Annual turn over of the firm
during preceding (03) three years should be at least 15 lakh.

The firm should have
up-to-date STCC
-
The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day
during working hours from Accounts Officer,TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi
on payment of amount (non refundable) as indicated above in the
space of Bank draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of
"TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", payable at Ranchi. The
tender papers will be issued only after verification of
prerequisite qualifications.

Earnest Money @2% of quoted value maximum up to of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank
Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without
Earnest Money will not be entertained.

Sealed tenders in two parts 1st Technical and Commercial
Part and 2nd Price part kept in a single sealed envelope and
opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL,
Hinoo,Ranchi.

TVNL reserve the right to extend the due date of opening or
to reject any or all tenders and to reduce, increase or
distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any
reason thereof.
